At Country Line Tools, we know you're ready to get to work. That's why we're committed to getting your order from our workshop to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below to understand how we handle shipping.
Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets right on it. Please allow 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) for us to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.
U.S. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States.
Standard Ground Shipping
- Our most economical and popular choice.
- Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

FREE on all orders over $149 (before tax) and under 50lbs
Expedited Shipping
- Need your tools a bit faster? This is the option for you.
- Estimated Delivery: 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
- Where We Ship: Country Line Tools ships to the main 48 U.S. states. Please note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Online orders from Alaska or Hawaii will be declined.
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using our Standard Ground Shipping option only. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box deliveries.
- APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: We are proud to ship to our service members. Orders to military addresses will be sent via USPS. Please anticipate extended delivery times.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
- Returns: Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information. Visit the Return Policies page for details.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to follow your package's journey.
Heavy & Oversized Items
Some of our larger and heavier tools require special handling and shipping considerations.
- These items may incur a freight surcharge, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
- Oversized items are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.
- Please allow for additional transit time for freight deliveries.
