We at Country Line Tools have a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If within 30 days of ordering your product you are not satisfied or would like to return it, please contact customer support to start your return. You as the customer are required to pay return shipping.
Full Refund/Exchange Qualifications:
Item must be unused, in the same condition it was received in, in the original packaging.
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Contact support for specific details, we will either replace the item or give a refund, depending on the scenario.

If you would like to return your product, but it is outside the return window, please contact customer support. Depending on the manufacturer and condition of the product, we may still offer a partial refund.
